Interested in becoming a Personal Development Manager (Assessor) but don't yet have the qualification?

No problem - our bespoke t2 Academy is here to support you every step of the way. You’ll join us as a Trainee, and we'll provide the training and guidance you need to gain your Assessor qualification.

All you need is:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in adult Health & Social Care at Level 3 or above
  • Ideally, a Health & Social Care qualification to match your experience
  • And most importantly – enthusiasm, the right attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed
