Apprenticeships
All of our Adult Care Apprenticeships and Management Apprenticeships are delivered on a one-to-one basis in the workplace or virtually through video conferencing and online learning by our team of expert tutors and coaches. Each programme uses a unique combination of experiential learning combined with one-to-one coaching leading to sustained changes in behaviour, building your organisational capability and driving measurable improvements in performance.

In England, Apprenticeships are either fully or partly funded by Government.
If you are a levy payer (a company with a wage bill over £3m) you can fully fund Apprenticeships through payments that you are already making through the Apprenticeship Levy Tax. Please contact your Account Manager for further information.
If you are a non-levy payer (a company with a wage bill under £3m) the Government will pay 95% of the cost of Apprenticeships for new and existing staff.
Any employer with a pay roll of under £3m wishing to enrol staff on an Apprenticeship must go through their Digital Apprenticeship Service account. Learn how to set up your account by watching our explainer video.
We are an approved provider of Apprenticeships on the Government’s Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers and are regulated by Ofsted.
At our last Ofsted inspection, we were graded ‘Good’.
