We're proud to announce that Aleasha Ellis, a Higher Level Adult Care apprentice with Bluebird Care, has been named the Winner of the Higher Level Apprenticeship Award at this year's Dorset Apprenticeship Awards - a prestigious event celebrating exceptional apprentices across the region.
Aleasha's journey through her apprenticeship has been nothing short of inspiring. Her hard work, determination and passion for care have not only made a real impact in her role but have now been recognised at the highest level.
"I'm truly surprised and honoured to be nominated, let alone win this award. I couldn't have achieved this without Julie's support. I've always faced academic challenges, and this is the first course I've passed all my exams in. Julie's guidance and encouragement made a huge difference, helping me succeed and grow in my role," said Aleasha.
Hosted by Dorset Chamber in partnership with the Dorset and Somerset Training Provider Network (DSTPN) and sponsored by Superior Seals Ltd, the awards shine a spotlight on rising stars in the apprenticeship world - those who are making a meaningful difference in their fields and communities.
Aleasha's success also reflects the power of strong learner support. Her tutor, Julie, has played a key role in her development, providing consistent guidance and encouragement throughout her learning journey.
At t2 group, we're committed to helping learners overcome barriers, realise their potential and build meaningful careers - especially in sectors like adult care, where compassion, confidence and competence are essential.
We're incredibly proud of Aleasha and her achievement, and we know this is just the beginning of an exciting career path for her.
