We're delighted to share that Aleasha Ellis, one of our outstanding apprentices at Bluebird Care, has been announced as a finalist in the Higher Level Apprenticeship Award category at the Dorset Apprenticeship Awards 2025.
These prestigious awards, hosted by Dorset Chamber in partnership with the Dorset and Somerset Training Provider Network (DSTPN) and proudly sponsored by Superior Seals Ltd, are a celebration of the dedication, growth, and contribution of apprentices and the employers who support them across the region.
Aleasha's journey is a testament to the power of high-quality apprenticeship programmes and the value of strong, supportive employer partnerships. Her nomination reflects the commitment she has shown to her personal and professional development, and we couldn't be more proud to see her achievements recognised on a county-wide stage.
We're also proud to see t2 group featured in this recent article, which highlights the finalists and showcases the importance of apprenticeships in shaping the future workforce.
The awards ceremony takes place on Thursday 15 May, where winners across five categories will be announced at a special event attended by finalists, their families, and special guests.
We'll be cheering Aleasha on and celebrating everything she has achieved so far. Whatever the outcome, she is already a winner in our eyes.
