Supporting employers

Listening to employers to improve training

Employer feedback helps us maintain high-quality training. We regularly gather feedback to understand what works well and where we can improve.

Supporting off-the-job training

Helping managers support off-the-job training

Off-the-job training is an important part of every apprenticeship programme.

Your learner’s tutor will work with you to plan learning activities that support their role and development. These activities are reviewed regularly during Teaching and Learning Reviews.

We support employers and line managers in understanding how off-the-job training works and how it can benefit both learners and the organisation.
