Dorset Apprenticeship Awards 2025 winner Aleasha Ellis

We're incredibly proud to announce that Aleasha Ellis, one of our amazing Level 5 Leader in Adult Care apprentices with Bluebird Care, has been crowned Winner of the Higher Level Apprenticeship Award at the Dorset Apprenticeship Awards 2025!

Aleasha was selected from a competitive shortlist of apprentices across Dorset, recognised not only for her hard work and commitment, but for the real impact she's making in the care sector. Her passion for helping others, combined with the skills she's developed through her apprenticeship with t2 group, truly impressed the judges.

"I'm truly surprised and honored to be nominated, let alone win this award. I couldn’t have achieved this without Julie's support. I’ve always faced academic challenges, and this is the first course I’ve passed all my exams in. Julie's guidance and encouragement made a huge difference, helping me succeed and grow in my role."

The annual awards, organised by Dorset Chamber and the Dorset and Somerset Training Provider Network (DSTPN), shine a spotlight on the outstanding achievements of apprentices and the training providers that support them. Aleasha’s win is a shining example of what’s possible when dedication meets opportunity.
